Hi! I'm Niki

I am a wife, mom of 2 boys, ex-homeschool teacher (my boys are long done!), crafting crazy lady, sewing artist (aka a quilt maker) and an avid homesteader in Montana.

I began making homemade soaps as part of my journey to live a healthier and more fulfilling life.  

I started gifting fun soaps to friends and they encouraged me to start offering them to others.  And here we are, now I'm a big girl selling my soaps online!

The first soap I offered for sale, is actually my number one best seller - the Lemongrass Sea Salt Bar.  Second in line is the Tallow, Aloe & Charcoal Facial Bar.

I feel VERY STRONGLY about being mindful about what goes into your body (that's why I also have a farm blog where I share from-scratch recipes, gardening tips and projects from around the homestead.  You can also follow me at Aunt Niki's Farm) AND onto your body.

I use the best ingredients I can source, including:

  • 100% Grass-fed and finished beef tallow that I render myself from my own fold of Scottish Highland cattle.
  • Organic ingredients such as - Olive Oil, Coconut Oil, and Castor Oil that I purchase from my favorite trusted source.
  • 100% Palm-Free
  • I ONLY use pure essential oils and natural colorants. 
  • I like to keep my ingredients minimal and simple.  Less is best!
  • I would NEVER want to sell something that I would not put on myself or my family's skin.

This sweet little guy in the photo with me is Tumbleweed.  His momma and dad are Acorn and Ridge.  That is where I got the name for my soap business.  Acorn is my lead Scottish Highland cow and Ridge was the best Highland bull around (unfortunately we had to put him down in 2025 - sometimes farm life sucks!).
